I made my reservation for July 4th with the previous owner in March 2015. She told me the business would be sold soon and would contact me about how to pay the new owners. She got in touch with me in May as promised and provided me with the new owner's information. I contacted the new owner to confirm my reservation and hold with a deposit in early May and never got a call back. I tried emailing in mid June to again confirm my reservation and offer a deposit with no response until July 3. They replied with one sentence..."sorry, we are overbooked." No contact information, not signed, just a brush off the day before arrival. This was a planned vacation with family and my birthday. I understand things may have been crazy with selling and keeping everything straight, but I was being proactive about keeping my reservation and they were completely unprofessional with their communication or should say lack thereof. I would not recommend dealing with this business.
