Good value and really nice staff. It's my home away from home in Central Minnesota.
The hotel room was lovely in its simplicity. The dark laminate floor was a delightful surprise in the room, the color scheme harmonious. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors. The guest toiletries were also above par. Breakfast was thoughtfully laid out, a mini pancake maker instead of the waffle norm amongst the other traditional hotel fare. The coffee was palatable, as good as any hotel morning offerings. The pool was basic the hot tub average. During our stay the pool's water level was higher than the water filter intakes resulting in a few insect friends swimming with us, my 5 year daughter was not thrilled. A small problem easy enough to remedy The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in helping us track down misplaced shoes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when passing through.
My fiancé and I were so impressed with the quality of the room and amenities included (breakfast, pool/hot tub, and internet!) for the price we paid. It was also nice to see that they are working on their sustainability efforts throughout the hotel. The breakfast exceeded our expectations for what you’d expect at a hotel! We are getting married in Alexandria and will definitely be telling our guests to book here first.
Nice place! Manager was very helpful getting the cable box working. They had just had an upgrade & we were having trouble getting it to work. Breakfast was great! Front desk very helpful and pleasant
Everything was as expected at this Best Western. Everything seemed to clean and the beds were comfortable. Only real complaint was Theroom was pretty cold when we got in there. I would definitely recommend going.
