Brophy Lake Resort totally exceeded my expectations. Staff were incredibly accommodating from the very beginning. The lake-side cabins are immaculate and much larger than I imagined based on the photos I saw and were completely furnished and very clean. The lake was clean and quiet. The beach was great and had a water trampoline, lily pad, water slide and kayaks all included. Greg was very personable and checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend to others!
The time of year is cold and the cabin is so nice and warm. They have all the ammentities that we need. Nice walking path is not too far away. Only complaint is that the shower drains slow. That is so minimal compared to hi nice everything else is.
Room for improvement:
What an amazing place! Cabins are spacious, clean and very well taken care of. Resort is in great location, only 3 miles from the town. There are plenty water activities in the resort. Kids will have great time here. Best of all, the customer service is outstanding! Greg and Angie will do everything they can to accommodate all your needs.
Firepit, charcoal grill, patio furniture, communal kayaks, rowboat, canoes. Clean towel exchange. Staff rake seaweed on beach, maintain boats, and take good care of their guests.
Air conditioner was schizophrenic or bipolar... shuts off and kicks on within seconds.
The owners are very friendly & helpful. The cabins are modern, clean, well equipped for a weeks stay & close to the water. Great views of the lake. Had fun fishing for pan fish. The owner will even clean your fish, a great plus.
