We stayed here over Thanksgiving. It was a clean comfy room. The staff were very nice and friendly. Our kids loved the breakfast. When we got there it was well stocked and refilled quickly. The pool area was clean and water warm.
We will stay here again!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I rented a room for two nights. It took three times before my room card worked properly. When I took a shower I discovered a towel from the previous person still hanging on the back of the door. Fresh towels were not replaced. The following day I left the room so that it would be cleaned. When I got back, the room had not been touched. I spoke to a representative I was informed that the manager would contact me on Monday. It's now Wednesday and no call. This is disappointing. I've stayed at numerous other Country Inns and have been very satified.
Probably won't stay here again.
Travelers beware! Not only are there numerous TripAdvisor reviews saying their rooms were not ready or their reservation was forgotten or cancelled for them.
Pros: Overall, nice room suites with TV and hygiene kits. Breakfast was good for small city. Close to interstate freeway.
Cons: Bed didn't seem hygienic. Pillows were yellow stained. And didn't trust sheets either. There were hair strands on bed as well.
On top of that when we told the clerk we were leaving here told us that he didn't know how to cancel the room since we had just gotten the key card, I'll probably have to discuss the charge with my bank.
Check inn was great! When I checked out the guy was quite rude.. I was trying to tell him that the floor in the bathroom was missing trim he didn't care or respond to me when I told him I need stepping on nails until I put I towel over the missing trim... Also payed cash and my card was still charged??
When we arrived there our room that we had guaranteed by phone (I have it recorded) was then a maintenance room, the room they replaced it with was also a maintenance room, the couple that were in front of us also said that they're room want made up and they needed all new towels.
