The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and made sure she explained everything about the hotel, pool hours, breakfast, checkout, etc without being asked to... smiles from all the staff. Pretty clean room... ours was dusty but the rest of the room looked well kept. The cleaning crew left a note welcoming us as well, which was pretty cool!
Yes the room is an average clean, and the pool area was nice, but I had to leave the pool area after being in 10 min. I had waited for the pool area to clear out before going in in the first place. It was around 9pm and I was in the hot tub for a whole 3 min when a family of 5 came in. All good but at 9pm and the screaming was more then anyone would want to put up with as it echos in a pool area... With dogs we call it use your inside voice. The TV remote did not function correctly even after I figured out it needed to be set to English, not realizing what was wrong at first. For $20 more I could have stayed in a much better hotel or maybe not... I will pay the extra $20 in the future.
The ease of access to this hotel is perfect and is nestled between Perkins and a Target, ideal for casual dinner or a quick place to grab things you forgot to bring. Easy to get to the highway from here too. A lot of great things to do not far from this hotel. I would gladly stay here again when I come back to visit.
The staff was helpful. There is a nice indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The rooms were comfortable but a little toward the older end of decorations and amenities. It is located in an area highly convenient to stores and restaurants.
Had to stay here after a few incidents at other nearby hotels. This hotel has clean and safe feeling rooms, comfortable beds and great service at the front desk. The room we stayed in had a Jacuzzi that was very relaxing.
Very nice staff. Comfy bed. Easy to gt in out of. So close to anything you might need.
