Great customer service, and the staff really make it awesome. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they don't try to milk you dry by selling you on every accessory possible (*cough* Sprint *cough*). They make the experience fun, and they are usually watching the Vikings on someone's phone when they are playing, which makes us not hate going there on game days.
Helpful employees who are usually pretty knowledgeable. Great selection of phones and accessories. Can get pretty busy at times.
Terrible service went there 3 times today none of which they helped. They took our money for our 2000 worth of phones but never activated it and told us we had to. Then we tried and it wouldn't work so after the 3 time we brought our phones back and returned them. This was the worste experience I have ever had at verizon.
