Patti does a great job with my two dogs...a poodle mix and a schnauzer pug mix.

Shut this place down. I am disgraced to say that this place is even allowed to stay open in Alexandria. My friend bought a rat that they said was a baby boy and it turned out to be pregnant. The owner cruely picked them up by the tips of their tail. The entire store smells, not in a typical pet store way, but about 20 times worse. There are overstuffed bird cages with some on the floor. I've come in before and found no food and dried up water dishes. The puppy cages have wire floors and are stacked on top of each other. It's quiet evident their animals come from Mills. Their fish tanks are filthy. I bought dried blood worms for my lizard here once and they where expired by two years. The employees are always rude, awkward, unhelpful, and disgusting. There is no limit to the bad things I can say about this place. If there was a way to vote to shut this down, the town of Alexandria would have this place torn down in a heartbeat. Shame on the town for keeping this place open and the mall for allowing this place to operate under these conditions.
I went in looking for fish supplies when it was a pet store. Kitten almost dead, dogs drinking bleach water. She didn't want to be a pet store just a groomer. I would never take an animal there.
Easy to get into for grooming. They do a good job at reasonable prices. The physical store isn't as nice as many. The grooming is excellent and they seem to really like having our dog. It sure beats having to schedule grooming weeks out.
