I locked my keys in my truck. They called when they arrived as I waited inside because it was 5 deg F at 10pm, brrr. My truck was unlocked by the time I got out to the parking log! Fast, kind, and took my check card. Thanks!

Alex Viking Towing crew has always been great to work with. When our customers break down and need to be towed in we always refer them to Alex Viking towing. I have gotten many compliments over the years from our customers about their staff being fast and friendly.

Were not only noncompliant after they were requested by AAA to assist me, but also whoever I spoke to was unsympathetic and quite rude. Will definitely be going elsewhere if need be.

My Daughter and her friends were stranded on the lake yesterday with temp of -18 and the windchill was even colder. They called Alex's towing for help and were told they had to get the truck off the ice before they would help them. They were a half mile in on the lake and no way to move it except to push it. They asked for a tow strap and Alex wouldn't help. 3 hour later Alex told them it would be another 3 hours. They were at the point of hypothermia. their only shelter was a truck that didn't run (No Heat)This was a life threatening situation and he owner didn't seem to care. We live in the twin cities so any other help they could have reached out to was hours away. I guess it would have been faster than Alex's service.
