Awful place !!! I love ace but not this one. If you call with a question they put you on a permanent hold thanks ace hardware in Alexandria I'll just go to glenwood way better service
I have been a customer of this store for more than 20 years - numerous times I have rented carpet shampooers here - once there was even dirty solution left in the machine but I did not complain - recently my daughter and I rented a shampooer and upon return she was informed that the machine wasn't clean enough -(it had been cleaned) - the employee handed my daughter a paper towel and told her to clean it or pay a $10 fee, she paid as she was not about to sit on their floor and clean - neither of us or any member of my family will patronize this store again
