Hometown service by a family owned business! We moved to Alexandria 18 months ago. I knew Dan through a mutual friend so that's where I took my vehicle when it was having issues. I suspected that it was the intake manifold. I scheduled a time to get it in which was just a day or two later. My wife was home with two little ones in the middle of winter, so Dan came and picked up her Expedition at our house took it to his shop and had it repaired the next day. He actually called me and told me he could just replace the gasket, but it would probably make more sense to replace the manifold too and explained why; rather than just going ahead and surprising me with the bill. I appreciated that very much! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I also own a Subaru and I know that they are very versed in them so I have no issues taking that their either.

Hometown service at its finest. I was in town for Thanksgiving Holiday and had a sticky rear caliper. Called in on a Friday morning and I was able to get in the same day. Great service right there. I feel so much better driving home knowing my car was at 100%. Hats off to the whole TEAM at Swanstrom Auto Repair. My bill was less than quoted so an even better end to my amazing experience.
