I came here just looking up the phone number and was shocked to see the negative review posted about Rob's. While I will respect the experience of that person I have to say that not only does this body shop have a stellar reputation in the Alexandria area, I have used them a good number of times over the years for large and small repairs and in every case they have given me excellent service and stood behind their work.
If you want your vehicle to get repaired in a timely manner with someone who communicates well and follows with what they say they are going to do, DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICHLE TO ROBS AUTO BODY!
Tim said they were booked out 3-4 weeks. I said I can live with that and set my appointment. The Thursday before my appointment they called and pushed it back another week and I said OK. Then I finally dropped it off for my appointment and after a long story of bad communication, treating the customer bad including yelling at my son, I have picked the truck up eight weeks later with the work not complete and I have brought it to another body shop in town. I own a business myself and cant image anyone running their business like this.
Wonderful workmanship. Quick at getting it done right the first time. Made it look like new. Great guys to get to know.
