Very professional staff. I like that don't sell you more than you need. I thought I would be buying a new truck and was shown a slightly used one that I ended up purchasing. Everything was made easy. Thanks to the crew at Juettners!
My sales guy, Billy, was great! However, they made me pay to fix the navigation system, even after I pointed out on the test drive that it wasn't working. They said it wasn't covered by the warranty. I said it should have been in proper working order before it was put on the lot. Poor!
