My fiancé and I drove 2.5 hours to look at a MINI that they had up there. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle for various reasons (mostly due to already being pretty much settled on a different one), but one of those reasons was certainly not the customer service. We worked with Jay, and he was one of the kindest, most down to earth guys that I have ever dealt with. You get a lot of sleazy salesman when you're looking to purchase an older vehicle, but Jay was definitely not that. He was informative, pleasant, and was very patient with me while I was shaking off the rust of driving a clutch for the first time in years. :) Based on our interaction with him alone, I would highly recommend them.
