Dedicated to what they do! Dr Kraker and his staff have taken care of our pets when sick as if they were their own, compassionate and patient with our concerns. We have been so pleased with the boarding and grooming for our dogs for the past 5 years, peace of mind knowing they are in such good hands!!
Our dog had a deep cut on her cheek while at the cabin, and they agreed to see us at the end of the day on a Friday and even got her into surgery right away. Everybody was very friendly and helpful.
If you have never gone to this vet, DONT! They are very fee oriented & like to surprise you by not being honest up front on some procedure fees, even if you are just getting your pt groomed & rude. They like to stick you with the vet visit fee for even the simplest & quickest things. I went here because of time & its convenient location to my route. Lesson learned, NEVER AGAIN! There are plenty of other vets around Alex & the surrounding area to choose from so unless you are a sucker, go elsewhere.

Best vet in central MN!! The staff there are always looking out for my pets by helping me remember to keep up on my vaccines and regular exams. Protocol of The Animal Dr. has saved my pets from much unnecessary health issues. The caring and compassion of the team are what makes us come back! I would not recommend any other clinic.
