Viking Plaza puts on a vendor event over a weekend seemingly every month. Unfortunately, the majority of the vendors are independent consultants peddling their Multi-Level Marketing products and "job opportunities".
It's fine for a small town mall. The stores are so-so and the facilities are rather dated. I wish that they would remodel and update.

A smalltown mall that is anchored by JC Penny, Herbergers, and JoAnn Fabrics. Hallmark, Rue 21, Bookworld, and Vanity have all closed in the Mall in the last 2 years.
