Eric Schultz and his staff are exceptional! The day after the horrible wind storm that destroyed our roof, I was having lunch with a friend and he told me to call Eric. So pleased that I took my friends suggestion. I called Eric right then and there and he answered the phone, I figured with this storm that hit our area, I would for sure get his voicemail. Eric was friendly and understanding and met with my wife and I that same night!! Eric Schultz helped us through the entire process from contacting our insurance company and also talking with the insurance adjuster and claims department. He also helped us with contacting our mortgage company to endorse the insurance check and get the supplies ordered. Then picking out color of shingles Eric stayed neutral. Which I thought was funny, because my color choice was hickory and my wife's choice was charcoal. Driving around for days looking at roofs was comical to say the least. My wife got the color and I had fun picking out the total opposite color. We were also very pleased with the construction portion of our new roof!! Amazing workers and work ethic was fantastic. Eric Schultz and his crew took care of us in a prompt and professional manner. He helped us deal with insurance concerns, completely replaced our roof in one day, and promptly cleaned up our entire property within 24 hours. In the process, a screen was torn on one of our windows. As promised, the screen was repaired and we were made whole in an extremely prompt manner. I highly recommend Clear Point Construction!
Clear Point was great to work with... We had a wind storm come through, and were unsure if it was even worth having someone check it out. Eric S. came out and took a look at it, and suggested that we file a claim with our insurance company. The process went extremely well... Eric met with the adjuster, and assured us of the process. They came and replaced the roof on our garage as well as our home in 1 day. We are extremely satisfied with the work that Clear Point did as well as the service that Eric provided, as he went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed.
