Love KFC. Be ready for long wait. My last visit I was asked if a 4 minute wait was ok. I said no problem but 27 minutes later I received my 4 minute meal.
3 times have dealt with new manager told us too busy to make food that we wanted to order over the phone? So took our business elsewhere? Also have been told can only have what made up. It was 6:30pm the store had several hours before closing.need some major improvement in this store
Had to wait in line but buffet was hot and full of chicken.
Stopped in quick while on the road for some chicken and green beans. No chicken on the buffet. After 15 minutes, still no chicken. When I asked, it was immediately brought out. Trash cans overfilled. I will be driving by this one next time.
Staff friendly and warm. Clean. Great buffet!
