I have tried numerous times to log on and it says don't recognize you. Then you can't go back for 24 hours. Not sure what they don't recognize! Not user friendly at all.
Horrible.
Nobody knows what they are doing, they're rude and their hours are never reliable. Website says one thing and their doors say another. Hoping I never have to deal with them again.

I drove to Alexandria to visit this office on August 10th. At 9:00 a.m. someone stuck a hand printed sign up saying "delayed opening". 20 minutes later someone hung another sign saying "this office temporarily closed". Can I file a mileage and cost of my time claim against the Social Security Administration?
