Over the years, the one constant in all of this is the three woman who sit on the main floor and who do all of the work to provide me with the service that I have come to expect. I know all three of this fine hard working professionals on a first name basic as do they all know me. Lois, Pam and Ann are the only reason I have stayed with this one agency for three decades. If they ever decided to pursue other interests I would be shopping around for another firm to handle my insurance needs. It is also my hope that these three women are well compensation for what they bring to this company and the many hours of hard work that is a fine product.

When I began doing business with this company it was called, Soderholm, Partington Insurance Company. Then, Soderholm, Partington, Schriener Insurance Company and so on and so on. It has now morphed to Dilley-Zimney Insurance Company.
I also must include that I am very satisfied with Allied Insurance Company. I have had but one claim that I files in my 30 year relationship with Allied. It was hail damage to my roof. Allied was not only extremely fair but very prompt in getting matters taken care of.
I was recently asked to write a review of this business and am gladly responding. I have been a customer/client of this firm for an estimated 30+ years. As a matter of fact, the names of the original principles are not even on the letterhead anymore.
We recently went back to Dilley Zimny Insurance for our insurance needs and we have been treated like "family." They genuinely care about their clients. They have very competitive rates and were able to even save us money. Customer Service means everything to me and I highly recommend them to anyone! You won't get this kind of service elsewhere. As to the principles now, which number three, I am vaguely acquainted to one and have never met the other two. Every year when the time comes to agreeing to the premiums of auto, home and various toys come due the policies automatically renew. This, I might add, happens without any correspondence from any of the three principles. No phone calls from them, no quick little hand=written note from any of the three principles, nothing. The premiums are paid and the principles quietly collect their profits without uttering one word.
