Very easy to get started, super clean gym, and friendly staff!
The next month I was charged with an auto pay. After discussing this with the staff I decided okay I'll let it go and use the gym for another month.
After telling me this and becoming hostile after I explain it would be impossible for me to be there in person she tells me to mail a written document in saying I want to cancel. Never before has any company required this it has always been over the phone. Now since I have to mail in cancelation paperwork I will be charged automatically for another month because "I'm too late."
Jodi and her fellow thugs at snap fitness in alexandria, mn are not to be trusted! Do not give your personal information or they will use it to their benefit and say, "oh we can't give you any corporate customer care number because that's against our policy."

Lots of great equipment
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Unfortunately they still will get one star as that is the lowest allowed.
However, I move and find out that guess what you can't cancel your membership unless you are there in person. According to Jodi they are in the business of robbery due to "policy."
If there was an award for treating paying customers with disdain and rude behavior this location and Jodi would be the recipients.
Visiting from Minneapolis for the weekend and stopped in for a workout. The facilities at first glance looked top notch. Expansive space and tons of cardio equipment. BUT I found it extremely offensive that the gym was pumping evangelist Christian sermons through the PA speakers (I'm not even kidding). It was ridiculous.
This location is staffed by incredibly rude and misleading individuals. When I signed for a month to month I was told this would not be a reaccuring payment and that I would have to pay each month if I decided to stay at the gym.
