The entire staff is very, very thorough. Everything is well run here.
HOWEVER, the billing department clearly has no idea what they're doing. They send a bill to someone out of state and give a due date for the day of or day after it's been received. Then they add on ridiculous charges to each bill everytime they send a reminder which is ridiculous. That's not what shipping costs, you're literally sending a letter, it costs 49 cents for a stamp. The phone number on each bill is incorrect and when called is the number for a teenage girl named Kayla? That's a great way for customers to not bother you about anything they may or may not need to know. And last but not least, I've paid them in full and have received another bill totalling almost a hundred dollars that says final notice. Sorry, but until I can call someone and ensure I'm not sending money where it shouldn't go, I'm not sending another payment. Absolutely AWEFUL!!!!
They were so nice and I needed emergency surgery while on vacation. The doctor even came back after he'd already left. It was July 5th! I healed quickly and felt almost immediate relief. I would give five stars.
