I was there trying on bridesmaid dresses last Fall, 6 weeks post baby. I tried on a size 8 dress (of the actual dress we ordered) and it fit. But based on my measurements, Jackie required that I order a size 12 (2 sizes larger than any other dress or bridesmaid dress I have ever worn). The dress arrived it and it was huge (as expected). I now have over $150 in alterations as it actually had to be altered two times to get it close to fitting me. I will never order from Jackie J's again. I have been in multiple weddings and know what size I am. I requested the correct size, but both Jackie and the other assosicate were unwilling to order the size I wanted. I now have a $330 bridesmaid dress... I wouldn't recommend Jackie's J's for bridesmaid dresses.
We got our wedding tuxes from Jackie J's and couldn't be happier. Almost everyone's fit well, and they were quick to remedy the pants that were too short on the father of the groom.
LOVE Jackie J's..Jackie and her entire staff are AMAZING ! We have purchased all three of my daughters prom dresses and now wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.
Jackie said such a sweetheart. She has gone above and beyond for her customers. She is always kind, which is most important.
Friendly staff - a lot of assortment of dresses. The decor and building is a little outdated which does take away from the experience. But all that aside, lots to choose from.
