From top to bottom this is a class act organization.
They take credit cards in each bay now, that's helpful. But there always seems to be something broken down there.
Always a little dirty. Never use the brushes. I've scratched all of my vehicles now. They are full of sand from mud trucks? and must not get cleaned.
Not as clean as it used to be in the self serve bays. Automatic car wash has been problematic the last two trips through.
