0 rating should be a thing for this Caribou. The woman working drive needs a lesson in customer service and clarifying orders. Wrong drinks, drinks missing espresso, one straw for 5 drinks. Not impressed Nadia.
I'm always greeted in a kind manner when I enter. The girl letme know the can fit the coffee had been out awhilr and she would get me fresh. I really appreciated that.
This was friendly Caribou. Shows by the busyness. This really was as Caribou wants to be: a community place. I felt like their selection of mugs and that sort of thing was a bit lacking and it seemed like there could be a time when it would be hard to find a seat. Nonetheless, that's a good sign. It means the ship is moderately highly trafficked and it was still clean and well managed.
The coffee is great but since they're busy parking is a pain.
Never any issues when I stop in!! Service is always fast and the staff are always friendly.
