Friendly staff, just not enough of them. Wait to resolve simple 5-10 min banking problem took nearly an hour.
Very inconvenient hours for people who work from 8-5. Also, they lost one check out of the three that were deposited. Even though the tellers are required to make sure the deposit slip matches the checks, they deducted the check they lost from the deposit.
I do not have an account here, and I won't be getting one. I had to cash a rather large sum check written from a US bank account. The teller told me there would be a $7 charge to cash it, even though it was their own account. I asked to talk to the bank manager and she brought me all the way to her desk to tell me she couldn't do anything about it. What a joke.
Weekday hours are super inconvenient. Open till 4? Kind of a joke. No Saturday hours either. Can make cashing a check very inconvenient for anyone that works office hours (8-5)
Friendly staff. Parking can be a little awkward, but plenty of parking spaces. Drive-thru lanes are mildly inconvenient. Otherwise it's a cookie cutter bank.
